We encourage debates but please do it in a respectfull manner.If you have a problem with anyones comments on the site ,please hit the report button and file a report to our staff, alternatively contact one of the staff about the issue. Arguments on the site will not be tolerated and circumstances in these cases will be disregarded, any member seen causing conflict on the site will be dealt with accordingly to there actions. Try and keep foul language to a minimum. The odd blank blank is ok but no swear words in topic titles and excessive or repeated use of them is not allowed. Use common sense.
Site promotion
No linking to other sites in any other forum besides the members sites and links forum or without approval from an administrator. No site promotion is permitted on Aquatic-Forums.com without approval from the administration. This includes but is not limited to signatures, avatars, screen names, posts or topics.Excessive or repeated mention of a site and/or the advertisement to gain members or attention to the site is not permitted on Aquatic-Forums.com under any circumstances.
Posting/Hosting Pictures:
Please try to keep the size of your pics below 800 x 600 pixels, and less than 100 KB per pic .Any pics above this size may be removed by the staff without notice.
Multiple User Accounts:
Only one account is allowed per person, if more than one account is found by Aquatic-Forums.com staff, all may be banned without warning.
Spamming:
Spamming will not be tolerated on Aquatic-Forums.com, the offending member may be banned without warning.
Derailing Threads:
Threads are expected to naturally stray from the current topic from time to time. However, changing the topic of a thread or purposefully derailing a thread is prohibited, and the offending member may find their warning level increased without notice.
Sexually Orientated and Racial Text or Imagery:
No overly explicit sexual text or images are allowed. In other words, no pornographic material, male or female genitalia. Racist images and comments are strictly forbidden.
Avatars and sigs:
Must comply with all rules and sigs can not have more than 8 lines of text in them. If an image, 500x100 max with at most ,one line of text.These limitations do not include any awards the admin may award you.
Commercial Advertising:
Sellers- You must contact Innes before posting anything on this site. No adverts for a commercial site, store, vendor, seller etc. is allowed in signatures, avatars, screen names, posts or topics unless approved by Administration or you are a registered Site Sponsor.
Aquatic-Forums.com is not responsible for down time and no refunds will be given to sponsors for down time.
Admins and Staff:
They are in charge here. If a Moderator requests you to do something, you are obliged to comply. If you are contacted by a Staff Member, you are obliged to respond. If you do not, your account may be suspended until the situation is resolved. The Staff of Aquatic-Forums.com reserve the right to remove any text, imagery, material etc. and take the required action if they feel something or someone is inappropriate, even if it is not covered in these rules.
